Floyd’s Pelican Bar in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica is a tiny bar made of driftwood situated on a huge sandbar about 3/4 mile out in the sea. This is one of the most unique places to eat and have a drink in the entire world. Best bar in the caribbean!
To get there you take a 20 minute boat ride in the middle of the ocean. You can swim in the shallow ocean water, drink a cold beer and eat some fresh lobster or fish.
Inside pelican bar is covered in relics from many parts of the world so don’t forget to bring something personal to leave behind. You can also get your name engraved in the driftwood, play dominoes and chill out, truly a must see.
